Clinic Policy

Appointments Only

At Aesthetic Ideology, we operate strictly by appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted. All bookings must be made through our official website or booking system. We do not accept appointments via email, phone, or social media direct messages, unless a specific time slot on the booking system is marked as “contact to book”, or if the time you desire is not available online. In these instances only, you may reach out via phone, email, or social media to inquire about availability or request a booking. All new clients are required to have a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. This card is stored securely and not visible to the clinic. It will only be used to enforce our no-show and cancellation policy. Additionally, this card may be used to make payments for services, but only with direct authorization from the cardholder.

Booking Deposits

As IV drips are ordered directly from the pharmacy to ensure freshness and sterility, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit in advance to uphold our quality and safety standards. This deposit will be applied toward your treatment total.

No-Show & Cancellation Policy


Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or who fail to attend their appointment, will be subject to a $50 fee. This fee also applies to missed appointments where a deposit was not required. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please use the booking confirmation email you received when scheduling. Cancellations or changes made through social media messages will not be accepted.

Age Restrictions & Clinic Policy


Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment at Aesthetic Ideology. Due to the nature of our services and equipment, no individuals under the age of 16 are permitted in the clinic. In compliance with health board regulations, pets or animals are not allowed on the premises.

Exception: Teens aged 16 and older may receive a modified teen facial or dermaplaning treatment, with written consent from a parent or legal guardian and if deemed appropriate by our provider.

Returns & Exchanges


We do not offer refunds on any services provided, as all treatments carry potential risks. Prior to treatment, we will inform you of any associated risks and complications.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve your desired outcome and results take time to be seen and may not be immediate, specifically with treatments that have downtime. 
Skin care products are non refundable at this time.

Pricing Information

Service prices are subject to change. However, if you have already booked before a price change is announced, the original price will be honoured. Please refer to our online booking portal for the most current pricing.

Promotions


Any pre-purchased treatments or products during the promotional period must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise stated in the promotion. Clients are responsible for tracking their own purchase timelines.

Informed Consent & Client Rights


All clients have the right to informed consent—you may accept or decline any treatment after being fully educated on the risks, benefits, and alternatives.
Should you choose to decline treatment, we will work with you to explore suitable alternatives.
If you proceed, you may be asked to sign a consent form acknowledging your understanding of the procedure.

Right to Refuse Service


Aesthetic Ideology reserves the right to refuse services in cases of policy violations, inappropriate behaviour, or if the safety and well-being of our staff are at risk.
We also retain the right to deny treatment if it is determined that proceeding could pose a significant risk to your health.
