Alinor (Nora) brings her extensive background as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Honours) to the world of medical aesthetics. Her career began in critical care and cardiac nursing, where attention to detail and patient safety were non-negotiable. Today, she applies that same level of care and precision to every treatment, combining clinical expertise with a passion for helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and seen.
Meet Marcie Dunn
Medical Director | Nurse Practitioner
Marcie brings over 35 years of nursing experience, including 16 years in women’s health, gynecology, and breast cancer care. Alongside her hospital-based primary care role, she brings her expertise to Aesthetic Ideology as Medical Director, ensuring every treatment is safe, personalized, and backed by evidence-based practice.
Trained through the International Institute of Aesthetic Medicine, Marcie combines her medical knowledge with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Working closely with Alinor, she provides medical directives for all services and reviews every client’s treatment plan to ensure the highest standard of care.
