APPOINTMENT BOOKING
All consultations, product purchases and treatments are to be scheduled through our designated booking platform - JaneApp. A credit card will be required at the time of booking. If a time that you would like is unavailable, please feel free to contact for assistance in finding a better suited date/time. Clients will receive an automatic confirmation email upon booking. The view available treatments, pricing and schedule your appointments, please choose a category listed in treatments and explore further. If any question about available treatments arise, please do not hesitate to email or text.
When booking your appointment, please ensure you are in good health and not recovering from an illness, taking antibiotics, recently underwent medical procedures, or planning to travel within the next two weeks. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your health history or current condition, please reach out to discuss them prior to booking. If you are an existing client, kindly inform the clinic of any changes to your health as soon as possible before your next appointment to prevent cancellation.
SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
Please make sure to arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a $50 cancellation fee will apply. A new appointment will need to be scheduled.
INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Please note that we operate solely by appointment. For first-time visits to the clinic, a thorough consultation is required to discuss your overall health, wellness, aesthetic goals, and the potential treatments needed to meet those goals. Please plan for extra time during your initial appointment to accommodate this process.
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION
Your appointment time is set aside exclusively for you. We ask for 24 hours' notice for any changes to your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours will incur a $50 missed-appointment fee. To cancel or reschedule, please refer to the booking confirmation email you received when you made your appointment. For extenuating circumstances that happen within the 24 hour window, please contact directly for consideration.
PAYMENT
Prices may change at any time. If you have scheduled an appointment before a price adjustment, you will not need to pay the new price. All treatments and products will be subject to applicable provincial taxes (HST). We currently accept cash, debit, credit, and e-transfer as payment methods. E-transfers can be made to info@aestheticideology.com
REFUNDS
Please note that we do not provide refunds for services rendered, even considering the potential risks linked to each treatment. We strive to fully inform you of all risks and complications associated with each treatment. Please keep in mind that multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired outcome. At this time, skin care products are non-refundable.
